David Kline joined News Corp in 2020 from Viacom where he served as Executive Vice President of Technology and Chief Technology and Information Officer since 2010. In this role, he led the strategy and execution of all technology functions for Viacom across the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific.
Prior to Viacom, Mr. Kline served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Discovery Communications where he was responsible for worldwide technology, facilities and real estate management.
Before Discovery Communications, Mr. Kline served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for AMC Networks, a subsidiary of Cablevision's Systems Corporation where he was responsible for the company’s technology functions, facilities and real estate management. In addition, Mr. Kline has held leadership positions at Integrated Systems Group and Northwell Health Systems.
Mr. Kline earned a master’s degree after earning his bachelor’s degree from Long Island University. He currently serves in an advisory capacity to Long Island University, Hofstra University and the tech talent pipeline of NYC.
Will Wilkinson is General Manager of WSJ Pro, a position he has held since Pro’s launch in June 2015. Jason Keirstead is an IBM distinguished engineer and CTO of threat management in IBM Security. His role includes the complete threat life cycle, from threat insight, through prevention, detection, response and recovery and encompasses XForce threat management products, the QRadar product suite, Resilient/SOAR, and threat management on IBM Cloud Pak for security. Mr. Keirstead sits on the OASIS board of directors and serves as a co-chair of the Open Cybersecurity Alliance project governing board.
Chris McCurdy, General Manager and Vice President of Worldwide IBM Security Services at IBM, has more than 25 years in the IT Consulting Services industry and has been with IBM Security since 2006 through the acquisition of Internet Security Systems. Mr. McCurdy has extensive experience working with large enterprise and government clients around the world. His focus is to help clients reduce cyber risk, support compliance, and drive overall security maturity. Before joining IBM, he was a managing consultant at several consulting firms, including Andersen, International Network Services, and Lucent Technologies. He was also a former CIO at a large retail automotive group located across the United States. Mr. McCurdy holds a BBA in Information Systems from Baylor University.
Sridhar Muppidi is an IBM Fellow and CTO for IBM Security. He is responsible for driving the technical strategy, architecture & research for IBM Security's portfolio of products & services to help clients manage defenses against threats and protect digital assets. He is a results-oriented technical thought leader with 25 years experience in building security products, delivering solution architecture for clients, driving open standards, and leading technical teams. Mr. Muppidi is one of the industry-recognized technical experts and thought leaders with a proven track record of blending technology vision with business acumen, resulting in innovative security solutions for enterprises' digital transformation journey. David Wolpoff (Moose) is co-founder and CTO of Randori. David is a recognized expert in digital forensics, vulnerability research and embedded electronic design. Prior to founding Randori, David held executive positions at Kyrus Tech, a leading defense contractor, and ManTech where he oversaw teams conducting vulnerability research, forensics and offensive security efforts on-behalf of government and commercial clients. David holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado.
Colin Ahern was appointed by Governor Kathy Hochul in June 2022 as the state’s first Chief Cyber Officer. In this role, he oversees all cyber threat assessment, mitigation,
and response efforts and leads cross-agency efforts to protect New York State from cyber threats. Mr. Ahern previously served as first deputy director of New York City Cyber Command as well as the city’s acting chief information officer. He led the transformation of a small team into a charter-backed city agency with more than 800,000 computers and mobile devices under management across more than 100 departments and offices throughout New York City government. He began his career in the army and was promoted to multiple leadership roles and ended his army career as a company commander in the Army Cyber Brigade, where he oversaw the creation of a specialized cyberspace operations organization. Mr. Ahern is an adjunct professor at the Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs and is a guest lecturer at the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies.
As the Director of the Center for Threat-Informed Defense, Jon Baker convenes the global cybersecurity community to advance the state of the art and the practice in threat-informed defense. Jon co-founded the Center as a privately funded research and development organization where he partners with sophisticated cybersecurity teams to systematically advance the global understanding of adversary tradecraft and apply that knowledge to improve the community’s ability to defend against those threats.
Jon has extensive experience leading research teams and collaborating with industry to advance cybersecurity. Most recently, he led MITRE’s Cyber Threat Intelligence and Adversary Emulation Department where he advanced those critical capabilities across MITRE and oversaw CALDERA and MITRE ATT&CK®. Jon led teams developing open standards including STIX and TAXII.
Rajiv Rao serves as the NYS Office of Information Technology Services (ITS) Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Deputy Chief Information Officer. Since 2015 as CTO, he has advanced innovative solutions for the public and state agencies and has implemented the state’s long-term technology roadmap. Currently, he oversees the technology objectives that deliver value to NYS, such as containerization, data analytics, machine learning, rapid application development, robotic process automation, and artificial intelligence. With more than 23 years of executive leadership experience, Mr. Rao has worked for NYS ITS since its inception and served as a key player in the state’s IT consolidation. In 2012, he served as chief architect for the design and build of the state’s data center, the largest zero-energy, multi-use facility in the world. Most recently, Mr. Rao received the National Association of State Chief Information Officers' Technology Champion Award as well as Government Technology's 2022 Top 25 Doers, Dreamers and Drivers Award.
Stephanie ‘Snow’ Carruthers has been in the information security industry for several years with a focus on social engineering, innovation, and education. She currently has a dual role at IBM, where she is on the X-Force leadership team as the Global Head of Innovation, as well as Chief People Hacker for X-Force Red, the offensive security practice. Her passion for security began over a decade ago, and for fun, she has earned three black badges at multiple security conferences, including DEFCON. Ms. Carruthers is the co-founder of the social engineering community, a village at DEFCON. Since 2014, she has presented and taught at numerous security conferences and private events.
Malia Hodges currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC (Oncor), the largest utility in Texas, serving 13 million Texans, and the largest pure-play wires company in America. In this role, she leads the company’s technology function, including strategy and operations, technology investment management, and cyber and data security operations. She brings a passion for security-cyber, information, and network, that is driven from the perspective of protecting both people and companies. Through her service as executive sponsor of the Oncor Women’s Network Employee Resource Group and membership on the boards of the Oncor Cares Foundation and WiNGS, a non-profit in the Texas community, Ms. Hodges extends her personal commitment to empowerment and development both at Oncor and in her community. She has worked in the utilities industry for over 20 years and is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma.
Bob Lord is SVP at IBM and a global leader ushering in a new era of open innovation. He oversees The Weather Company and Alliances (an IBM business), Watson Advertising, and TradeLens – a cloud-based blockchain solution in partnership with Maersk. TradeLens helps build data transparency for more than two-thirds of the world’s ocean container cargo using open-source standards and IBM blockchain technology. Previously, Bob served as IBM’s first Chief Digital Officer and IBM SVP of worldwide ecosystems and cognitive applications. During his time at IBM, Mr. Lord has transformed the core of its go-to-market strategy, positioning partner ecosystems at its core; launched Call for Code, the largest and most ambitious effort to bring together software developers; and led the industry-wide effort to mitigate bias in advertising. Prior to IBM, he served as President of AOL and CEO of Razorfish. Mr. Lord was named one of CRN’s 50 “Most Influential” channel chiefs in 2022 and in 2017 named one of Adweek’s 50 media, marketing and tech executives leading the charge towards transformation. He graduated from Syracuse University with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research and holds an MBA from Harvard University.
Robert Steven Owor is the Executive Director of the Center for Innovation and Emerging Technologies (CIET) and professor of computer science and software engineering at Albany State University. His expertise is in cyber-security, software engineering, blockchain technology, quantum cryptography, machine learning, artificial intelligence and data science. He brings this expertise to his colleagues, students and industry professional partners. He is an IBM zSystem champion in blockchain, Watson and AI cloud computing. Working with IBM and the university system of Georgia, Mr. Owor’s students have taken first or second place in several national blockchain and robotics hackathons. The DOD, IBM and several other government agencies and corporations, now employ many of these students. He is also involved in bringing smart agriculture to Southwest Georgia. He is leading a project to provide smart agriculture capacity building, real time farm data analytics, workforce development, multidisciplinary collaboration and formation of smart cooperatives, workshops, conferences and boot camps. Mr. Owor earned a Ph.D. in computer science and software engineering from Auburn University.
Stephen Roberts is the CISO at American Honda Motor Company and oversees cyber-security and IT governance across North America. He has worked in aerospace, banking, IT, and joined Honda 24 years ago where he has held various leadership positions in IT and Captive Finance. During his tenure Mr. Roberts has led several large technology and business transformations impacting IT operations, as well as, Honda’s customers and dealers. Currently he is leading the transformation and expansion of Honda’s cybersecurity and IT governance functions across the breadth of the enterprise for Honda in North America. Mr. Roberts studied electrical engineering and holds degrees from Cornell and Howard universities, as well as a MBA from UCLA.
Brain Hazzard is co-founder and CEO of Randori. Prior to founding Randori, Brian was an early employee at Carbon Black where he served as Vice President for Product Management and Business Development. He is a leading expert on security and previously worked at MIT Lincoln Laboratory on security system engineering for the government and large financial tradition systems. Brian holds bachelor's and master's degrees in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
Clar Rosso has more than two decades of experience helping global professional associations and certifying bodies grow and strengthen member value. As CEO of ISC2, Rosso has established a forward-looking strategic framework and set bold goals for the future of the cybersecurity profession.
Under Rosso’s leadership, ISC2 has experienced record growth of its global community through the launch of several key initiatives. The association’s pledge of One Million Certified in Cybersecurity has provided a pathway for individuals to access foundational cybersecurity education, and a free opportunity to take the Certified in Cybersecurity exam. This addition to the ISC2 portfolio develops a pipeline to fill the cybersecurity workforce gap. She oversaw the creation of an advocacy team that has strengthened – and raised – the global profile for ISC2 with key policy makers around the world. These efforts help ensure cybersecurity professionals are consulted and considered during the formation of cybersecurity policy, legislation, regulations and standards on the global stage.
Perri Adams joined DARPA’s Information Innovation Office (I2O) as a program manager in June 2022, where she oversees the AI Cyber Challenge, among other programs. Her research interests include vulnerability discovery and remediation, secure software development, program analysis and artificial intelligence.
Prior to this role, Adams served as a technical advisor for government research and development programs at the agency. Before joining the agency, she supported various U.S. government customers while at Boeing and Two Six Technologies.
Adams is currently one of the organizers of DEF CON Capture the Flag (CTF), the world’s premier hacking competition. A frequent speaker on both technical and cyber policy issues, her written work has been published by Lawfare and the Council on Foreign Relations.
Yonesy Núñez serves as managing director and CISO at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC). Núñez leads information security and technology risk management as the firm advances its technological modernization efforts whilst ensuring a comprehensive approach to risk management and cybersecurity efforts across the organization.
Prior to joining DTCC, he served as CISO at Jack Henry & Associates. He has held several positions in cyber and information security at Wells Fargo, Citi and Price Waterhouse Coopers.
He is president emeritus and co-founder of the InfraGard Chapter of Long Island, New York. He serves on the Board of Trustees for the Darrow School and STEM Advisory Board for Mercy College. Additionally, Yonesy is a member of the Latino Corporate Directors Association and the Black Board Initiative and holds numerous industry certifications.
Julia Stoyanovich is an associate professor in the department of computer science and engineering at the Tandon School of Engineering, and the Center for Data Science. Stoyanovich is a recipient of an NSF CAREER award and of an NSF/CRA CI Fellowship. Her research focuses on responsible data management and analysis practices: on operationalizing fairness, diversity, transparency and data protection in all stages of the data acquisition and processing lifecycle.
She established the Data, Responsibly consortium, and serves on the New York City Automated Decision Systems Task Force (by appointment by Mayor de Blasio). In addition to data ethics, Stoyanovich works on management and analysis of preference data, and on querying large evolving graphs. She holds M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in computer science from Columbia University, and a B.S. in computer science and in mathematics and statistics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
Nasrin Rezai is SVP and CISO for Verizon. She is responsible for setting information security strategy, policy, standards, architecture and processes. Rezai and her team work with and across Verizon’s business units to protect its customers and its leading networks.
Prior to joining Verizon, Rezai was global chief information and product cybersecurity officer at GE. She was responsible for all aspects of cybersecurity strategy and operations for GE products and enterprise, including incident response, threat intelligence, security services, architecture, commercial OT security and regulatory and compliance.
Her previous roles include global CISO for GE Capital and head of corporate governance, technology risk and M&A security, for the industrial GE businesses. Prior to GE, she served as SVP, chief tech risk officer in the enterprise risk Management organization at State Street and as CTO of security at Cisco Systems.
Akiba is responsible for all aspects of strategy, product management and portfolio growth for the IBM Security Guardium portfolio. In addition, she leads a team focused on driving all IBM Security products across threat management, identity management and data security through ecosystem channels including marketplaces, ISVs, MSSPs and Global System Integrators. Akiba has 20+ years of experience leading product lines that serve government and commercial clients in the domains of cybersecurity, data and analytics, intelligence analysis and collaboration. She earned her MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management in 2002. In addition, she has served on the boards of Stop the Traffik USA, a non-profit firm focused on intelligence led prevention of modern slavery and Argosy University as an advisor to their business management program.
Kevin Skapinetz is responsible for the direction for IBM’s portfolio of products and services to protect customers from cyber threats. He has been instrumental in building IBM’s Security business into one of the largest enterprise security companies in the world. He most recently led the acquisitions of Randori and ReaQta - further differentiating IBM’s security portfolio with AI-driven technology. A 20+ year veteran of the security industry, Kevin joined IBM from the 2006 acquisition of Internet Security Systems, where he held multiple leadership positions, including leading product management for X-Force, and chief strategist in the Office of the CTO. Kevin holds a Computer Science degree from Tulane University, a master's degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and an executive CMO degree from Northwestern University.
John (@TactiKoolSec) is the Head of Research for IBM Security X-Force where he leads a team of security researchers working focused on the areas of adversary trend analysis, threat hunting, detection engineering, incident response technology, and integrating partner technologies into X-Force’s ecosystem.
As a researcher within X-Force, John focused his efforts on tracking and modeling adversary operations to develop immersive simulation exercises to help drive improvements in the areas of incident response, threat hunting, and detection engineering. Prior to joining X-Force John was a defensive cyber operations researcher working with the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force to develop and incident response capabilities.

Chris Meenan the VP of Product Management and Strategy within the IBM Security division. He has over 20 years experience in product management and been involved in developing, managing, releasing and selling software products for over 30 years. Chris has extensive market, domain, and customer knowledge in IT Security, Customer Relationship Management and Telecom OSS solutions. Chris holds a 1st Honours degree in Physics, and has a PhD in telecommunications.
In this current role at IBM Security he leads the strategy and direction for IBM’s security threat management software portfolio, with a focus on threat detection and response technologies including SIEM, EDR, XDR, SOAR, Threat Intelligence and attack surface management.
Noopur Davis is Executive Vice President, Chief Information Security and Product Privacy Officer, Comcast Corporation and Comcast Cable, leading cybersecurity across the entire organization. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the full range of cybersecurity and product privacy functions, including all products and services delivered to Comcast’s residential and business customers. Her responsibilities include product security and privacy, security and privacy controls, privacy engineering and operations, data protection, security architecture and engineering, security operations and incident response, threat hunting, security intelligence and analytics, identity management, technical fraud, and the Legal Response Center.
Lisa O. Monaco is the 39th Deputy Attorney General of the United States. As Deputy AG, she serves as the Justice Department’s Chief Operating Officer and manages its litigating and policy components, law enforcement agencies, and 93 U.S. Attorneys. Throughout her career, she has worked extensively on national security issues and cyber threats, including in her roles as Counsel to Attorney General Janet Reno; Chief of Staff at the FBI to then-Director Mueller; Assistant Attorney General for National Security, and Assistant to the President for Homeland Security and Counterterrorism Advisor.

Eric Talley is an expert on the intersection of corporate law, governance, and finance. He additionally teaches and conducts research in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, quantitative methods, machine learning, contract and commercial law, alternative investments, game theory, and economic analysis of law.
As a co-director of the Ira M. Millstein Center for Global Markets and Corporate Ownership, Mr. Talley directs research and programs focused on the future of corporate governance and performance. He hosts the Columbia-based podcast, Beyond “Unprecedented”: The Post Pandemic Economy. He is a two-time recipient of the Law School’s Willis L.M. Before joining Columbia in 2015, Mr. Talley held tenured faculty appointments at the University of California, Berkeley (2006-15) and the University of Southern California (1995-2006). He has also held visiting appointments at Caltech, Pardee-RAND Graduate School, University of Chicago, Harvard University, Georgetown University, and Stanford University.
He is a research member of the European Corporate Governance Institute and serves on the Executive Committee of the Columbia University Data Science Institute. He has served several terms as a director on the boards of the Society for Empirical Legal Studies and the American Law and Economics Association.
Kevin Fumai is an Assistant General Counsel at Oracle, where he focuses on responsible innovation through cloud computing and artificial intelligence. He serves on advisory boards for leading non-profits like the IAPP and ISACA, and speaks frequently about the opportunities and responsibilities of technology and data.
Anita Barksdale is a Managing Director in KPMG’s Cyber Security practice. She is also an IT auditor, lawyer, and consultant with management, HR, advisory, legal compliance, and business experience. Her expertise has focused on helping technology and retail companies with new technologies and new laws —including companies that struggled with the General Data Protection Regulation and companies that are now struggling with newer privacy and technology laws and international regulations such as the Digital Services Act, the Digital Markets Act, and the EU Artificial Intelligence Act. Ms. Barksdale has led large-scale data and technology projects for Fortune 100 companies that enabled privacy, security, and AI for consumer and product experiences, including the metaverse. She understands data platforms, data tagging, and data governance which serves as the base for AI and other technology enablement. Ms. Barksdale has also led compliance program implementations and assessments globally, including those responding to FTC requirements.
Ali Bain-Lucey is a Managing Counsel at McKinsey & Company where she co-leads the Technology Legal Team. In her role, Ali manages legal teams responsible data and cyber security and is the lead counsel for McKinsey’s proprietary Generative AI knowledge tool, Lilli. Ali has experience and expertise in data management and data risk, cyber security and breach response, internal investigations, privacy, technology development and licensing, client contracting, and intellectual property. Prior to joining McKinsey in 2015, Ali was a litigation associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges, LLP where she focused on intellectual property, privacy, and other complex commercial litigations.
Ilona Logvinova is the global Head of Innovation at McKinsey & Company, working across the legal department to identify and implement cross-cutting, impactful innovation initiatives. Ilona is also a global lead of the technology legal team, working closely with applications of emerging and cutting-edge technologies across use cases and industries. Prior to McKinsey, Ilona was Senior Counsel at Mastercard, where she worked on ground-up technology builds and tech transactions to leverage the company’s core assets and explore broader partnerships. Before that, Ilona was an Associate at Fried Frank, where she specialized in leveraged finance representing borrowers and lenders in secured and unsecured financings. Ilona has a BA from Columbia University and a law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
Joanna Si is an Associate Partner within McKinsey & Company’s Financial Services Practice and a core consultant in the firm’s Professional Services service line. She serves financial institutions, law firms and in-house legal departments on strategy, organizational topics and digitally-enabled client experience transformations. Prior to McKinsey, Joanna was an M&A attorney in Shearman & Sterling LLP’s New York office. She was also Legal Counsel at the technology arm of Mubadala (an Emirati sovereign wealth fund) and at Amazon Web Services. Joanna received her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business (2017), her JD and B Sc. (Biochemistry) from Queen’s University in Canada.
Raakhee Mirchandani is anchor and contributing editor at the Trust, a unit of the Dow Jones commercial department. Raakhee leads custom conversations around cybersecurity, digital transformation and sustainability, diversity and equity. Previously, she was the vice president of community at Dow Jones, founding editor for Moneyish, and the editorial director for diversity and inclusion at the Barron's Group. A longtime journalist, editor and columnist, Raakhee is also the award-winning author of four children's books. Willem Marx is an experienced print and broadcast journalist who’s worked at some of the world’s most respected news organizations, including NBC, CNBC, CBS, NPR and Bloomberg. Several of the television stories he’s worked on have been nominated for Emmy awards, including one that won in the “Outstanding Business and Economic Reporting in a News Magazine” category, focused on a mining project in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. He also received a DuPont Award as part of a team for TV coverage of the Ukraine conflict.

Lydia Petrakis is Senior Corporate Counsel and Digital Strategist in Microsoft’s Corporate, External, and Legal Affairs (CELA) department on the CELA Technology and Operations team. Her team is dedicated to driving industry-leading innovation to shape the future of Microsoft’s legal practice. Her key responsibilities include serving as strategist, driver, change agent, storyteller, and ambassador. She focuses on culture, processes, technology, and external
engagement to advance the digital and AI transformation journey. Prior to this role, Ms. Petrakis served as a product attorney supporting Microsoft’s business and engineering teams responsible for Office 365 products and services. Prior to joining Microsoft, she was legal counsel for MicroStrategy. Ms. Petrakis graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. in Political Science from
Clemson University and received her J.D. from the George Mason University School of Law.
Laura Kibbe is Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, Global Head of Legal Operations and Chief of Staff to the General Counsel | Legal Department at Unisys. Prior to joining Unisys, she held several in-house positions at IQVIA, Pfizer and Texaco. At IQVIA, she had responsibility for global legal operations, cybersecurity and data breach matters, and global litigation and investigations. At Pfizer, Ms. Kibbe started the first formal global corporate electronic discovery practice and worked on the P3 law firm partnering initiative in addition to handling a full litigation and investigation docket. She was recognized by the National Law Journal and Corporate Counsel Magazine as an innovator and trailblazer for her work at Pfizer and named an AI Visionary for her innovative use of artificial intelligence in litigation. She is the inventor on US Patent No. 8,560,378 for the System and Method of Reviewing and Producing Documents. Earlier in her career, Laura was Of Counsel at Morgan Lewis, where she was a senior member of the firm’s eData Practice working with clients across the financial services, technology and pharmaceutical industries. She was also an Associate at Kaye Scholer LLP where she served as national coordinating counsel for Pfizer and as Pfizer’s global e-discovery counsel. She holds a BA in Legal Studies from Manhattanville College and a JD from Syracuse University College of Law.
Craig Linder is Vice president and Associate General Counsel at Dow Jones & Company, where he advises the publisher of The Wall Street Journal, Barron's, and other news outlets on litigation, media law, content protection, and ethics and compliance. He joined Dow Jones in 2010 from the litigation department of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in New York. Before that, he was a reporter covering Congress and the federal government.
Mr. Linder earned a law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2007 and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rochester in 2000. He serves as a vice president of the New York News Publishers Association, a statewide association representing newspapers and online publishers.
Justin Grad is a Director and Associate General Counsel for Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Los Angeles. He and his team support AWS sales and marketing activities and policy and regulatory engagements around the world, with a focus on Latin America and other strategic customers. He joined Amazon in 2014, where he supported Amazon Kindle, Amazon Kids, Amazon Dash Button and Replenishment Service, and Prime Video before AWS. He started his legal career as an associate in the corporate department of Latham & Watkins LLP in Orange County. Mr. Grad earned a law degree from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2009 and a bachelor’s degree from UCLA in 2005.

Mr. Walsh is now at the forefront of delivering generative AI solutions that will transform how lawyers work through Lexis+ AI, the most comprehensive global legal generative AI solution.
Before his current role, Mr. Walsh was CEO of LexisNexis U.S. Legal Markets. He joined LexisNexis in 2003 as Senior Vice President, Global Strategy and Business Development where he helped oversee significant expansion into the LexisNexis Risk Management sector.
Mr. Walsh was the Director of Strategic Business Development at Home Depot. Earlier in his career, he practiced law at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, worked on large transactions at General Electric, and was a consultant with Boston Consulting Group. He also co-founded Infirmation.com, an online portal, and sold that business to what is now Thomson Reuters.
He earned his JD from Harvard Law School and his BA from Yale University. He sits on the Board of the Atlantic Council and Cisive and is a member of the Wall Street Journal CEO Council and CCI, Inc.
