Nevin Alija is currently vice-chair of the distribution committee at Eurogas. Since January 2023 she has been a member of the UNDP External Advisory Group for Energy Governance and in March 2023 was selected to join the Global Future Energy Leaders Programme. Ms. Alija has been selected as one of the Young Energy Ambassadors by the European Commission for the upcoming year and during the European Union Sustainable Energy Week 2023. A lawyer by trade, she has vast experiences in energy law spanning from international organizations to academia. Ms. Alija was a co-founder and researcher at Nova Law Green Lab, focusing on energy and climate Law, where she coordinated a number of courses and teaching programs focusing on renewable energies and sustainable development.
Andrew Chin is Head of Investment Solutions and Sciences and a member of the firm’s Operating Committee. In this leadership role, he oversees the research, management and strategic growth of the firm’s strategic asset allocation, data science, indexing and custom beta businesses. Previously, Chin was the head of quantitative research and chief data scientist where he was responsible for optimizing the quantitative research infrastructure, tools and resources across the firm’s investing platforms.
In 2015, Chin created and has since led the firm’s data science strategy to harness big data and leverage machine learning techniques to improve decision-making across the organization. From 2009 to 2021, he was the firm’s chief risk officer, where, in addition to his quantitative research responsibilities, he led all aspects of risk management and built a global team to identify, manage and mitigate the various risks across the organization. Chin has held various leadership roles in quantitative research, risk management and portfolio management in New York and London since joining the firm in 1997. Before joining AB, he spent three years as a project manager and business analyst in Global Investment Management at Bankers Trust.
Lan Guan serves as chief AI officer for Accenture. In this role, she works closely with companies across industries and geographies to develop data and AI strategies that drive value and growth. Guan brings deep expertise in embedding AI into business processes and transforming data into actionable insights and leads. She is also a member of the Global Management Committee.
Guan also leads the Accenture Center for Advanced AI—the AI epicenter that enables enterprises to capture and create value from their AI investment by leveraging deep expertise, differentiated scalable assets and solutions underpinned by data prowess and industry knowledge, and market-leading thought leadership and research.
Raakhee Mirchandani is anchor and contributing editor at the Trust, a unit of the Dow Jones commercial department. Raakhee leads custom conversations around cybersecurity, digital transformation and sustainability, diversity and equity. Several of the television stories he has worked on have been nominated for Emmy awards, including one that won in the “Outstanding Business and Economic Reporting in a News Magazine” category, focused on a mining project in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Debika Bhattacharya is chief product officer, Verizon Business, leading product management across all customer segments. She is responsible for the company's holistic product portfolio and its strategy and alignment with Verizon’s Network-as-a-Service framework. This encompasses edge computing, software defined networking, IoT and 5G services, global networking solutions, security, advanced communications services, and managed services.
Ms. Bhattacharya has extensive experience leading complex technology projects for Fortune 1000 clients, guiding successful IT transformations in healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and financial services. She has held a variety of executive roles within Verizon, including an overseas assignment in Europe. She was instrumental in the global expansion of Verizon’s communications network, as well as the deployment of breakthrough optical wave technologies.
Ms. Bhattacharya holds advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering and Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the State University of New York. She serves as an industry liaison to the MIT community and participates in outreach programs aimed at increasing the participation of women and minorities in Science and Engineering. She is also active in IEEE-Women in Engineering and the Society of Women Engineers.
Santhosh Keshavan is executive vice president and chief information officer for Voya Financial, Inc., a leading health, wealth and investment company that provides products, solutions and technologies that enable a better financial future for its clients, customers and society. Keshavan is responsible for the firm’s technology systems, data and digital organization, information security and infrastructure. He also serves on Voya’s Executive Committee.
Keshavan has more than 25 years of public and private sector experience as a transformational leader, including expertise in financial services, technology and operations. He has extensive experience in complex program management, including acquisitions and divestitures.
From 2010 to 2017, Keshavan held the position of EVP and CIO for Regions Bank based in Birmingham, Alabama. In this role, he managed core systems, enterprise and corporate systems, and enterprise data services. Previously, Keshavan served as vice president for the pricing and cash management division at Fidelity Investments. Prior to that, he held various positions at SunGard Data Systems (now FIS), eventually being named managing director, International Operations, with a focus on the retirement services industry.

Dave Malik is a Cisco fellow, CTO and chief architect in the customer experience (CX) Americas region driving the chief technology and architecture office (CTAO) engineering and incubation initiatives for Cisco’s strategic enterprise and service provider customers to deliver business outcomes. Mr. Malik provides expertise to the product and services leadership teams for each architecture (automation and orchestration, observability, zero trust, DevSecOps frameworks, hybrid multi-cloud and cloud-native, CloudOps, and SASE areas) to ensure Cisco maintains a relevant and differentiated portfolio of solutions that help customers achieve their goals for growth and operational excellence. As vice president of Software Architecture Engineering, Jens Doerpmund is responsible for architectural governance and innovation at Hitachi Vantara. He is mainly focused on Gen AI-related topics, as well as the design and development of a Semantic Data Plane for hybrid cloud environments.
Before joining Hitachi Vantara, Doerpmund was chief architect at SAP Labs where he focused on topics such as the integration of machine learning and big data solutions with SAP's enterprise software. During his 11 years at SAP, he held roles as chief architect in the SAP NetWeaver / Business Warehouse Implementation Group, solution manager for the BusinessObjects organization, and product manager for the development of a knowledge graph-based analytics solution. Doerpmund has three patents in the area of graph analytics and provided numerous ML trainings to SAP employees all over the world. Prior to SAP, Doerpmund spent 10 years at Hewlett-Packard Consulting, where he led a data warehousing consulting team.
Vijay Kasarabada is the EVP and CIO of Nuveen and is accountable for advancing technology, operations and overall data strategy, including the significant IT portfolio investments to accelerate Nuveen’s growth as a world-class global asset manager. He will also drive the enterprise priorities for Nuveen as part of the wider client services and technology nextgen strategy, focusing on the transformation and integration of the Nuveen technology ecosystem in partnership with the firm's enterprise technology shared services.
Kasarabada brings 25 years of executive technology and operational leadership in the asset management, wealth management and investment banking industries. Most recently Chief Technology Officer at Lazard Asset Management, he led the implementation of State Street’s front-to-back investment servicing platform to drive efficiencies from the pre-trade processes all the way to existing middle-and back-office services across the firm. As Managing Director at BlackRock, Kasarabada was the technology head of several functions within the front, middle and back office areas of the firm, with a specialization across Aladdin - BlackRock's technology platform.
